Araliya Rice is an outcome of the complete milling process. During this manufacturing process the whole outer layer of the grain of rice is removed and polished, retaining only the white inner part of the grain. Due to the removal of outer bran and germ of the seed, White Rice becomes less healthy than Brown Rice but becomes easier to digest.
